This service is part of 'Beisia Net Super,' which operates within the 'Rakuten National Super' platform provided by Rakuten Group, Inc. (hereinafter 'Rakuten').

Beisia aims to leverage the strengths of physical stores to provide approximately 20,000 items and contribute to resolving lifestyle issues regarding 'time' and 'distance' through the net super service.

### Service Overview of Beisia Net Super

**[Order via Smartphone or PC, Delivered to Your Door]** Beisia Net Super picks up items ordered via smartphone or PC from Beisia stores and delivers them to the customers' homes. The service is available to customers registered as Rakuten members and Beisia App members. There are no registration or annual fees. Customers can set delivery dates and times via a reservation system, with orders accepted from three days prior to the delivery date. Delivery times can be selected from five slots between 10:00 and 20:00. Same-day delivery is available for slots other than the morning delivery.

**[Earn & Use Rakuten Points]** Customers earn 1 'Rakuten Point' for every 100 yen (excluding tax) spent. Accumulated points can also be used for shopping. *Beisia points cannot be earned or used for Beisia Net Super purchases; only Rakuten Points are applicable. *The rate of Rakuten Points awarded is subject to change.

**[Approximately 20,000 Items Available!]** We deliver items from Beisia's extensive selection with the same freshness as in-store. We support three temperature zones—ambient, refrigerated, and frozen—allowing for a wide range of orders from daily consumables to fresh and frozen foods.
