＜Development Philosophy＞
These are authentic Chinese dishes developed with inspiration from specialty Chinese restaurants, easy to enjoy at home. We use large peeled shrimp and achieve a plump texture by retaining 20% moisture. For the Chili Shrimp, we significantly revamped the flavor from the old product, considering consumer demand for a more authentic spicy taste. The sauce is based on XO sauce, with the umami of seafood like dried shrimp and dried scallops, and uses chili garlic sauce to create an authentic flavor with a moderate spiciness. For the Shrimp with Mayonnaise, the key is the aurora sauce, inspired by famous Chinese restaurants, with a focus on balancing richness, sweetness, and acidity. By using egg yolk, the sauce is mellow, deeply rich, and adheres well to the shrimp.
