(Headquarters: Minami-ku, Hiroshima; Representative: Gen Matsuda) for the 2026 season, including a newly planned special award for fielders.

Background to the Continuation of Sponsorship and Expansion of Scope

The "Seyama-Jirushi Kōmuten Project" is promoted based on the policy of "just right house building." This includes the desire to "not spend too much time on house building and cherish irreplaceable time with family."

Representative Seyama himself has experience as an athlete, having played hardball baseball as a pitcher until university, thanks to the immense support of his family. In the baseball club, he was greatly indebted to coaches and behind-the-scenes staff. In addition, as an avid fan of the Hiroshima Toyo Carp, the sponsorship has been continued from last year.

Furthermore, referring to the opinion received from Ryosuke Kikuchi during the Fan Appreciation Day regarding prize money for fielders, we have expanded the scope and newly planned a special award for fielders this season.

About the Prize Provision Sponsorship for the 2026 Season

The prize provision sponsorship involves providing prizes each time a player meets the following conditions during a Hiroshima Toyo Carp top-team official game held at "Mazda Stadium."

Each time an eligible prize is awarded during a game, "Be Enough Inc." will be introduced in the stadium announcement, and a large vision will display the prize designed with our representative Seyama's character, "Carp-Netsu Kojirase Niisan Seyama-kun."

In addition, "Carp-Netsu Kojirase Niisan Seyama-kun" and the provided prizes will be introduced in announcements and on the large vision before the game.

Akira Seyama

Graduated from the University of Tsukuba, School of Science and Engineering, Department of Mathematics (Bachelor of Mathematical Statistics). Belonged to the hardball baseball club and worked on linear regression analysis for the Capital University Baseball League.

After graduating from university, he was in charge of national house builders and construction companies at Japan's largest management and human resources consulting firm. While demonstrating his skills in the housing industry, he questioned the industry's negative culture and set a goal to establish a new standard for house building. Subsequently, after experiencing being a branch manager at a mid-sized house builder, he became independent in 2019.

His "just right house building" theme, "Don't spend money on a house! Ensure quality!" became a hot topic, and his YouTube channel "Ie-zukuri Seyama Daigaku" (House Building Seyama University) became a popular channel with over 85,000 subscribers. Currently, he is promoting the nationwide expansion of the excellent construction company certification system "Seyama-Jirushi Kōmuten Project" and striving to popularize just right house building.
