(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Genji Okada; hereinafter "Link"), which operates "BIZTEL," a cloud-based call center system that has held the No. 1 domestic share for 9 consecutive years (*1), will release its new commercial "BIZTEL Fukabori Shichaimasu! (Let's Deep Dive into BIZTEL!)" featuring actress Wakana Matsumoto, along with a service explanation video, on May 12, 2026 (Tuesday).

We have produced a new commercial and service explanation video featuring Wakana Matsumoto, who has served as our brand character since 2022.

In this video, to uncover why "BIZTEL," boasting 9 consecutive years of No. 1 domestic share and over 2,000 companies implemented, continues to be chosen, Ms. Matsumoto conducts interviews with Link employees who support BIZTEL. Through these talks, she unravels BIZTEL's unique strengths, such as high voice quality, excellent support quality, and flexible proposal capabilities for addressing challenges, thereby "deep diving into the reasons why BIZTEL continues to be chosen."

Q. Please share your impressions after finishing this shoot.

A. By talking with people from various departments, I was able to deepen my understanding not only of the BIZTEL service but also of the work of all the staff members.

By directly hearing the voices of those on the ground, I could truly feel the company's philosophy and passion for the service, and I believe it was a day where I myself learned more deeply about BIZTEL.

I was also very happy to be greeted with smiles by everyone when I visited the office!

Wakana Matsumoto

Born in Tottori Prefecture. Debuted as an actress in 2007. In 2009, she starred in her first film, "Fujoshi Kanojo." In 2017, her performance in the film "Gukoroku" was highly acclaimed, earning her the Best Supporting Actress Award at the 39th Yokohama Film Festival. In 2022, her impactful performance in the drama "Yangotonaki Ichizoku" was dubbed "Matsumoto Theater" and became a hot topic, winning numerous awards including the Tokyo Drama Award 2022 for Best Supporting Actress. In the same year, she made her debut as a lead actress in a continuous drama with "Fukushu no Mibojin." In 2024, she will star in two consecutive prime-time dramas, "Saionji-san wa Kaji wo Shinai" and "Watashi no Takaramono," and in 2025, she will appear in the TBS Sunday Theater "The Royal Family." Furthermore, in 2026, she will star in the NHK Premium Drama "Taiketsu," showcasing her continued success as a talented actress.
