BIZTEL shouin is a cloud-based education service specializing in contact center operations. It offers over 170 videos covering a wide range of center operations, from basic courses on telephone etiquette such as polite language usage and complaint handling, to training for managers and SVs on KPI management and management skills.
Each video is approximately 5 minutes long, making it ideal for learning during short breaks in work. Additionally, it provides various functions to streamline contact center-specific educational tasks, such as an audio review function that efficiently evaluates and provides feedback on operator call quality based on call recordings, and a certification function that allows easy creation and implementation of internal examinations.
