Roasted COFFEE LABORATORY (Roasted Coffee Laboratory), operated by Baycrews Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Masayoshi Furumine), will begin selling its new 'Crispy Crepe' menu item at its Jiyugaoka store starting Saturday, July 18. Additionally, from Friday, July 24, through Sunday, September 27, a kitchen truck will be temporarily stationed at Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza. Alongside the Crispy Crepes sold at the Jiyugaoka store, beverages made with house-roasted coffee will also be available.
Coffee-Aromatic, Crunchy Texture: A New Sensory Crispy Crepe
Each Crispy Crepe is carefully baked to deliver a 'crispy, light texture with rich coffee aroma.' The lineup includes three varieties: 'Coffee-An Butter,' featuring coffee paste blended with house-roasted espresso; 'Salted Butter Caramel,' combining house-made salted butter caramel sauce with two types of ice cream; and 'Peach Milk Tea,' generously filled with white and red peach sorbets and peach compote. These visually appealing treats offer a refreshing experience even during hot summer months.
At Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza, in addition to a drink menu centered on house-roasted coffee, four types of Crispy Crepes will be sold: 'Shinshu Milk,' 'Coffee-An Butter,' 'Peach Milk,' and 'Truffle Ham Cheese.'

Filled with house-made peach sauce and whipped cream, along with white and red peach sorbets and juicy peach compote. A rich milk tea sauce, made by slowly extracting fragrant Earl Grey tea, enhances the sweetness of the peaches.
