Baycrews Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President: Masayoshi Furumine) will launch two types of summer-limited "Flower Parfaits" on Friday, July 17th, at "Journal Standard DINING," which it operates. These parfaits are designed for adults, adorned with seasonal fruits and flowers. They use ice cream from "Tomihisa Ice" and are lavishly decorated with seasonal fruits and edible flowers. Furthermore, we offer pairings with mocktails and natural wines to complement each parfait, allowing you to enjoy them from tea time to dinner time.

"Tomihisa Ice" that Enhances the Appeal of Ingredients

For these flower parfaits, we use ice cream from "Tomihisa Ice," which brings out the best in its ingredients.

Flavors include "Yubari Melon Ice," which captures the fresh sweetness of Hokkaido's Yubari melon, the limited-time "Mint Chocolate Ice," which expresses refreshment solely with fresh mint, and a rich ice cream made with fromage blanc from Isigny Sainte-Mère in France, as well as the popular "Chocolate Ice." Each is finished with care to preserve the unique character of its ingredients.

Additionally, the "Chocolate & Fromage Blanc" features rare domestic tayberry, cultivated with low pesticides at Nishizawa Farm in Nagano Prefecture. Its gorgeous aroma and beautiful acidity bring depth to the entire parfait.

An ice cream brand born in Shinjuku in 2017. The former pastry chef of a French restaurant visits producers to select ingredients, creating ice cream that leverages the sweetness, acidity, and aroma of the ingredients.

Tayberry, a cross between blackberry and raspberry, is characterized by its gorgeous, rose-like aroma and sweet-tart flavor. It pairs well with chocolate, offering a refined taste.
