Since its debut in Shimokitazawa in 2016, FLIPPER'S has grown into a brand that has expanded not only in Japan but also overseas, with its signature "Miracle Soufflé Pancakes" as its flagship product, supported by many customers. To commemorate the brand's 10th anniversary, an anniversary project has been launched. The first installment features the "Strawberry Brulee Pancakes," made with "strawberry," which was chosen as the No. 1 flavor in a customer-participation "Flavor General Election." The second installment will release the "Twinkle Peach Pancakes," a nominee from the internal "Best Menu Award." These limited-edition menus are offered with gratitude for the past 10 years.

To celebrate the brand's 10th anniversary, a "Flavor General Election" was held on the official social media channels.

Through votes for past limited soufflé pancakes that customers wanted to eat again or loved the most,

This participatory project, which looked back on the brand's 10 years with customers, resulted in "strawberry" being chosen as the No. 1 flavor with overwhelming support. Based on this result, the "Strawberry Brulee Pancakes" were created as a special menu item to commemorate the 10th anniversary.

While inheriting the appeal of the popular "Strawberry Mille-feuille Pancakes" from 2021, this dish features a fragrant bruleed soufflé pancake as the star, luxuriously topped with sweet and sour strawberries and Amaou strawberry gelato. The combination of the crispy brulee texture, fluffy soufflé pancake, juicy strawberries, and berry sauce creates a gorgeous dish befitting the 10th anniversary. This product will be available only at the Jiyugaoka, Kichijoji, and Shimokitazawa stores starting July 9 (Thu).

Strawberry and Elderflower Sparkling Juice

Additionally, the "Strawberry and Elderflower Sparkling Juice" will be released simultaneously as a drink to pair with the pancakes.

This refreshing drink, perfect for summer, combines the fresh fruitiness of strawberries with the elegant aroma of elderflower, reminiscent of Muscat grapes.

Twinkle Peach Pancakes

[Second Installment] Store Staff Ideas Come to Life! "Twinkle Peach Pancakes" Born from the Internal "Best Menu Award" Available for a Limited Time

A "Best Menu Award" was held, inviting original menu ideas from all FLIPPER'S store staff with the theme "A Summer Dish that Represents the Brand." Among the many ideas conceived with the desire to "make customers happy" and "create pancakes that we ourselves truly want to eat," the "Twinkle Peach Pancakes," conceived by FLIPPER'S Shibuya store staff, was nominated as the representative work.

As a special dish to celebrate the 10th anniversary, it will be available exclusively at the Shibuya and Umeda stores starting July 15 (Wed).

The "sparkling night sky of summer" is expressed with konpeito scattered on the plate, and pouring peach sauce over the fluffy cotton candy reveals a refreshing yogurt cream, adding to the playful charm.

Furthermore, layers of soda ice cream wrapped in chewy mochi and juicy peach compote are added,

creating a summery and gorgeous pancake that offers different textures and flavors with every bite.

In addition, two types of limited-time drinks, "Peach Cream Soda" and "Plenty of Peach! Peach Tea," will also be available. Enjoy these special pairing menus, exclusive to this summer, that allow you to savor the juicy sweetness and refreshing taste of peaches.

FLIPPER'S 10th Anniversary Continues

To commemorate its 10th anniversary, FLIPPER'S will sequentially roll out various anniversary projects, including collaboration projects and menus created by staff from different countries, starting this fall.
