BAPE® x HIDDEN® Collaboration Announced

A BATHING APE® (hereinafter referred to as BAPE®) announces a collaboration with HIDDEN®. This collection merges the heritage of early BAPE® with HIDDEN®'s minimalist and concept-driven aesthetic. Drawing inspiration from early archives where graphic boldness and experimentation stood out, iconic designs are combined with HIDDEN®'s logo, unified by a subdued green tone. While inheriting the mood of the past, the collection achieves a modern and sophisticated balance. The "BAPE® x HIDDEN® BY BATHING APE TEE" is available in two colors, white and black. It features BAPE®'s iconic "APE HEAD" graphic with HIDDEN®'s circular "h" logo boldly placed on the back. The "BAPE® x HIDDEN® “GO HIDDEN” TEE" is a conceptual piece for this project. The message "A BATHING APE® WANTS YOU TO… GO HIDDEN!" reinterprets BAPE®'s archival energy with HIDDEN®'s minimalist aesthetic, symbolizing cultural memory and modern minimalism. The "BAPE® x HIDDEN® STA CAMO TIGER FULL ZIP HOODIE" and "STA CAMO SWEAT PANTS" reconstruct one of BAPE®'s iconic motifs with newly developed STA CAMO. This camouflage, incorporating HIDDEN®'s green, represents a modern update to the brand's design. These items symbolize the collection's ability to connect past and present, assertion and subtlety. Footwear appears as "BAPE® x HIDDEN® BAPE STA™". It updates the street-defining silhouette with a minimalist and modern touch. Premium nubuck material is used, with a pale grey-brown adopted as the base color. Vintage-style white soles, and HIDDEN®'s green on the heel tab and tongue, serve as accents. The design is finished with suppressed ornamentation, emphasizing material and color. On the outside of the heel, HIDDEN®'s circular "h" logo is placed with reflective debossing. The contrast with the BAPE STA™ star and midsole logo highlights the unique details of the collaboration. The accessory line also expresses a balance of assertion and subtlety. The "BAPE® x HIDDEN® BAPE STA™ MESH CAP" features a co-branded logo on the front and breathable mesh material on the back, balancing functionality and design. The "APE HEAD ALUMINUM ASHTRAY" is an aluminum ashtray finished in HIDDEN®'s green, a modern interpretation of a BAPE® icon. This collection is themed around the balance of heritage and modernity, assertion and subtlety. It expresses the essence of streetwear updated with a contemporary sensibility while valuing the past.
