Dice Pokémon Battle of Luck and Strategy "Plakoro" to be Released on July 18 (Sat)!

BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd. Hobby Division (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo) will release the dice Pokémon battle of luck and strategy, "Plakoro," on July 18, 2026.

This is a two-player game where your own Pokémon, "Charakoro," battles against the opponent's Pokémon's Charakoro. The game unfolds as a dice Pokémon battle using "Charakoro," a dice-shaped Pokémon, "Enerokoro" depicting energy, and special move cards. To commemorate the release, we will launch a comprehensive promotional campaign to entertain our fans, including the opening of an official shop where you can experience the world of Plakoro firsthand, a commemorative broadcast with a豪華 cast, and hands-on official and authorized events held nationwide.

We have created an immersive space where you can dive into the world of dice Pokémon battles of luck and strategy, featuring in-store decorations that evoke the world of Plakoro, trial play stations, and walls adorned with Charakoro. Prior to the official release, we will hold a pre-opening for three days starting July 10, 2026 (Fri), offering trial play events. After the grand opening, we plan to hold events where beginners can participate with ease, exchange meetups for casual battles with other players, and battle challenges to test your skills. A release commemorative program has been decided, featuring a serious battle between Ryogo Matsumaru, a big Pokémon fan, and Abareru-kun in "Plakoro." The program will include an easy-to-understand product introduction from their unique perspectives, as well as an exciting "Best of 3" competition where they change their Pokémon. Information on various events to be held this summer will also be covered during the program.

We plan to expand to approximately 200 stores, including local toy stores, electronics retailers, and bookstores, starting in August.
