Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. announces the upcoming release of 'Sword Art Online,' the latest home console game in the franchise titled 'Echoes of Aincrad,' launching on PlayStation®5/Xbox Series X|S on Thursday, July 9, 2026, and on STEAM® on Friday, July 10.

A special pre-launch live program titled 'Death Game Challenge,' featuring 30 streamers competing in life-or-death missions, has now been confirmed.

Additionally, this program will be supported by the gaming PC brand 'GALLERIA.'

A special live program, 'Death Game Challenge,' has been confirmed, where 30 streamers will face a brutal challenge: one death means immediate disqualification.
