BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Inc. is pleased to announce that partial information has been released for the expansion DLC of the dramatic exploration action RPG "CODE VEIN II," currently available on PlayStation®5/Xbox Series X|S/STEAM®.

In conjunction with this announcement, we have released new visuals and information on new characters, so please check them out.

We also announce that a free update will be released simultaneously with the DLC.

Conditions for Playing Expansion DLC "Mask of Idris"

To play the expansion DLC "Mask of Idris," the following conditions must be met:

- Reach the second ending, "The Moon of Harmony."

- Progress the quest "Request from a Friend: Valentin" to a certain point.

(Quest "Exchange Opinions with Valentin: The Book on Mag Mel Island" must be cleared.)

We recommend playing the main game and clearing up to the relevant point before the DLC is released.

New Characters Revealed

Liv Vorne (CV: Aoi Yuki)

A Bewitching Guardian of Time and Space

Valentin Vorne's half-sister. She is the original guardian of the "Interstice of Time and Space," but abandoned her duties due to boredom and left the frontier for many years.

She has a combative personality, and her hair and eyes glow brightly when her emotions surge.

Lou Mag Mel (CV: Manaka Iwami)

A Lonely Girl Who Stays Close to the Abandoned World

A vampire girl encountered in the Ruined World. She is acting to stop the expansion of the Ruined World.

She warns the protagonist, whom she has reunited with, to leave the Ruined World.

Simultaneously with the release of the expansion DLC "Mask of Idris,"

Game Overview: What is "CODE VEIN II"?

A "Dramatic Exploration Action RPG" depicting the drama of vampires fighting against the fate of destruction in a collapsed near-future world.

【Story】

In a future world where civilization has collapsed due to a phenomenon called "Rinne."

Humanity was barely saved from extinction by the power of vampires, beings of immortality.

However, due to the sudden appearance of the "Moon of Thirst," vampires transformed into mindless monsters, and the world began to head towards destruction.

The protagonist, as one of the vampire hunters, is entrusted with the mission to stop the world's collapse and travels to the past, 100 years prior, with a girl who possesses the power to transcend time.

You can enjoy exploration action where you repeatedly challenge and overcome strong enemies and difficult passages with your buddies, and a historical alteration drama where you change the fate of the world and characters with your own hands.
