To reduce the burden on parents and nursery teachers, Saga City will introduce the paper diaper and baby wipe subscription "Tebura Touen" starting in May 2026.

Previously, parents had to write their child's name on each individual paper diaper and bring 5 to 6 diapers to the childcare facility every day, which was a heavy burden for parents busy with child-rearing and work. Also, for the nurseries, having parents write names and bring paper diapers meant having to manage them individually for each child, adding to administrative burdens.

With the introduction of "Tebura Touen", paper diapers and baby wipes are delivered directly to the childcare facility, eliminating the hassle for parents to write names on diapers and bring them. The nurseries also no longer need to manage paper diapers individually, reducing the operational burden on nursery teachers and allowing them to increase the time they spend interacting with children.
