Until now, parents had to write their child's name on each individual paper diaper and bring 5-6 diapers to the childcare facility every day, which was a significant burden for busy parents balancing childcare and work. For the facilities, having names written on paper diapers meant individual management for each child, which also added to the workload.

With the introduction of "Tebura Toen," paper diapers and wet wipes will be delivered directly to childcare facilities, eliminating the need for parents to write names on diapers or bring them to the facility. This also removes the need for individual diaper management at the facilities, reducing the workload for childcare workers and allowing them to spend more time with the children.

In Kumagaya City, coinciding with the opening of the city's largest public childcare center, "Chuo Hoikusho," we will introduce the paper diaper and wet wipe subscription service "Tebura Toen" in all nine public childcare centers, with the aim of reducing the burden on both parents and childcare staff. In making this decision, we comprehensively considered not only the convenience for parents but also the ease of operation at childcare facilities, the supply system, and the track record of implementations nationwide.

We expect that the introduction of this service will reduce the burden on parents in preparing for daycare, such as writing names on diapers and bringing them, allowing them to spend more time smiling with their children at home. For childcare workers, we hope it will lead to an improvement in the quality of childcare, as the burden of managing diaper inventory will be reduced, and they will be able to change diapers without worrying about the remaining quantity.
