Exhibition Contents New Product: '1Gbps Ethernet Remote Coupler' B&PLUS's latest wireless technology! A new wireless power transfer product compatible with Ethernet for FA equipment is being released. It achieves non-contact simultaneous transmission of 'wireless power + 1Gbps Ethernet communication'. No power supply is needed on the secondary side, and it supports all Ethernet-based protocols, offering high versatility and expected to significantly contribute to improved maintainability and operational efficiency.
Ethernet Specification Ring-shaped Remote Coupler A newly developed ring-shaped demo unit for rotating parts such as index tables and robots will also be exhibited. It enables continuous 'wireless power + Ethernet communication' even during rotation, and is designed to allow checking numerical changes during rotation by incorporating thermocouples and I/O sensors.
Linear Multi-Power Supply A new demo unit for linear multi-power supply will be exhibited, realizing non-contact simultaneous power supply to multiple receiving units while moving in a straight line. This highly versatile shape allows power supply to pallets on conveyors while moving, and simultaneous charging of multiple AGVs and AMRs while in motion. Equipment using cable carriers for movable parts can expect improvement effects through non-contact conversion.
Ring x Arc-shaped Wireless Power Supply While existing products offer ring-shaped wireless power transfer for rotating applications, installation space issues can sometimes make them unusable. In such cases, a ring x arc shape, where either the transmitting or receiving unit is arc-shaped, is recommended. Making one side arc-shaped achieves space saving. It enables non-contact power supply to rotating index tables, spindles, and other rotating parts during rotation.
Split Ring-shaped Wireless Power Supply If you want to retrofit wireless power transfer to a rotating shaft, the split ring shape is recommended. It can be easily opened and attached externally, significantly reducing installation time. This is an innovative shape for rotating bodies with shafts, such as index tables and robot hands.
New Product: '300W Wireless Charging' The new '300W Wireless Charging' product, a thin and compact wireless charging solution easy to mount on small AMRs and autonomous robots, will be unveiled for the first time. The receiving unit is integrated and compact, and its misalignment tolerance supports up to ±30mm, enabling wireless charging even for automated transport with uncertain stopping accuracy. B&PLUS offers a wide lineup of wireless charging solutions from 300W to 2kW, proposing automation for battery charging.
