B-Lot Co., Ltd. Announces Formation of Real Estate Private Fund and Equity Investment by Affiliate

B-Lot Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Makoto Miyauchi; TSE Standard: 3452) has designated 'expansion of business opportunities through equity investment' as a key strategy in its mid-term management plan. We are pleased to announce that B-Lot Asset Management Co., Ltd. ('BAM') has formed a real estate private fund for the following property and that the B-Lot Group has also conducted an equity investment.

In acquiring the target property, BAM formed the fund, arranged non-recourse loan financing and equity investors, and has been commissioned for asset management services.

Furthermore, the B-Lot Group has conducted a 'same-boat' investment to align interests with stakeholders, including the fund's investors, and to achieve a stronger commitment to mid-to-long-term value enhancement.
