Blue Clean Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ota-ku, Tokyo; President: Ryuji Fujita; hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), which operates a bio-recovery business, is pleased to announce the full renewal of its corporate website, corporate logo, and service logo, in anticipation of its 10th anniversary next fiscal year.

Background of the Renewal
The renewed corporate website. The new logo, new tagline, and main visuals reflect the brand refresh.
This renewal aligns the brand definition with the Company's actual business operations.
The Company was founded in 2018 as a business operator specializing in the special cleaning of residences where solitary deaths occurred. Now in its ninth year, its business domain has expanded to encompass "hygiene restoration" as a whole, which includes special cleaning as one part.
Hygiene restoration is a business domain that restores spaces where safety has been compromised, such as those affected by fire or water damage, mold growth, or the presence of pests and insects, to a state where they can be safely used again based on scientific evidence. The Company is committed to establishing standards for evaluating and verifying quality, with the premise of presenting results not subjectively, but numerically. "Bio-Recovery®" is our proprietary standard, systematized based on the standards of the American Bio-Recovery Association (ABRA) and adapted to the Japanese construction environment. We are continuously updating our standards regarding compliance with building materials and regulations.
With this technology and these standards, we aim to be a partner that supports everyone facing unexpected situations to overcome them reliably. The new tagline, "Becoming Your Partner to Overcome," expresses this stance.
The Company believes that the mere existence of Blue Clean as a source of reassurance in society causes people to take one step back from the worst-case scenarios they face. The accumulation of these efforts leads to the resolution of social issues. Our corporate philosophy, "Clean Hearts, Clean Earth," demonstrates our commitment to achieving this.
Corporate Philosophy: Clean Hearts, Clean Earth.
Tagline (Newly Established): Becoming Your Partner to Overcome
New Corporate Logo Mark / Service Logo Mark
New Corporate Logo Mark
The motif of the new corporate logo mark is the "Bluebird of Happiness." It depicts a sapphire-blue bird, reminiscent of the Japanese Paradise Flycatcher, gracefully descending to those facing difficulties and powerfully guiding them toward a solution. The bird faces left, symbolizing our commitment to "leaving no one behind," and embodies both strength and gentleness in a single mark. The sapphire blue color symbolizes the cleanliness and purity provided by our company.
New Service Logo Mark "BIO RECOVERY"
"BIO RECOVERY" is the mark symbolizing our spatial hygiene standard, "Bio-Recovery®." The particles forming the "O" shape represent the regenerative process of purifying and converging diffused risks. The vibrant emerald green signifies a regenerative environment full of vitality and a clean image. The logo type uses a geometric and modern typeface to express the sophistication of hygiene management and the image of refined purification.
Future Developments
1 Establishing a Nationwide System with Direct Management Core Bases and Construction Partners
The Company is building a nationwide support system that combines core advanced technologies managed by directly operated core bases with collaboration from construction partners in each region. Currently, we handle requests in each region with 27 construction partners, primarily operating under our franchise business launched in July 2023. Going forward, we will gradually reorganize this system into "Bio-Recovery® Construction Partners" and enhance the technical management standards of each partner through education and training programs. This will standardize construction quality while expanding our service areas.
2 Establishing Bio-Recovery Standards

The Company has obtained a business partnership in Japan from ABRA (American Bio-Recovery Association) and will begin preparing an education and training program for construction partners. We have been collaborating with ABRA for some time, and in March 2026, we dispatched employees to the Bio-Recovery Summit held in Maryland, USA, where we held discussions with President Scott and former President Thomas Ricker.
This initiative will proceed with the support of Mr. Scott, who is a Certified Bio-Recovery Master/Instructor, holds specialized qualifications (RIA) in water damage, fire damage, and environmental risks, and has IICRC Master qualifications in three fields: water, fire smoke, and textiles. He is a leading figure in international bio-recovery education, also serving as an IICRC-accredited instructor and an OSHA-approved trainer.
Furthermore, with the cooperation of former ABRA President Thomas Ricker, we will work to establish standards tailored to Japan's architectural and hygiene environments. Mr. Ricker is the Senior Vice President overseeing regulatory affairs at First Onsite, one of North America's largest disaster recovery companies, and is an expert in decontamination based on U.S. public standards.
3 Collaboration with Yoshitaka Muto, Professor Emeritus at Keio University (Dr. Eng.)
In January 2026, the Company welcomed Yoshitaka Muto, Professor Emeritus at Keio University (Dr. Eng.), as a technical advisor. Professor Muto specializes in AI and data science and has recently expanded his research into areas related to people's daily safety, such as medicine, food science, and materials science. On the global researcher evaluation platform "ScholarGPS," he ranked first worldwide among 109,919 researchers in terms of research output in environmental science over the past five years. He has authored over 1000 peer-reviewed papers and has served as a technical strategy advisor to various governments.
Through this collaboration, we will jointly work on developing decontamination and deodorization technologies, analyzing and utilizing construction data, and disseminating specialized information. We will integrate our field expertise with Professor Muto's academic knowledge to establish scientifically-based hygiene restoration.
【Comment from Technical Advisor Yoshitaka Muto】
"Safety and security" are not abstract concepts. What is important is the concrete value of how we protect the safety of daily life, from food to bathing. Blue Clean's technology directly contributes to this societal security. I believe that the company resonates with many people precisely because it genuinely contributes to society, rather than merely pursuing profit.
From an environmental perspective, I hope they will take the lead in demonstrating methods that reduce environmental impact, rather than relying on strong chemicals. I expect them to lead the industry and eventually become a presence that contributes to international standards.
4 Refreshing the Industry Image and Nurturing Next-Generation Talent
The hygiene restoration industry faces the challenge of an aging workforce. While it is an indispensable infrastructure for society, securing talent for the next generation is crucial for the sustainability of the entire industry.
Through this rebranding, the Company aims to refresh the outdated image associated with the term "special cleaning" and redefine the hygiene restoration business as a profession based on science and technology.
Hygiene restoration is a field that requires knowledge of both contamination science and architecture. Therefore, we are creating opportunities for individuals with relevant skills, including those from the construction and cleaning industries, to step up and utilize their experience, in addition to inexperienced young individuals. We believe our role is to establish this as a profession with the appropriate skills and environment, thereby creating a flow of talented individuals aspiring to enter this industry.
