Among unused facilities, motorcycle parking was the most frequent at 33.7% (101 people). Furthermore, looking at the gap between facility installation and usage, out of 145 people who answered that they have motorcycle parking, 68.3% (99 people) replied that they do not use it, suggesting a mismatch between needs and supply.
On the other hand, noise countermeasures were the most frequent improvement request at 35.3% (106 people), indicating that noise is a central source of life stress.
Regarding reasons for not using facilities, "not needed in the first place" was the most common at 59.3% (178 people).
