(Headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo; Representative: Peaske Kawahara, hereinafter "Axla Inc."), an AI-driven accelerator, will host the Demo Day for the 3rd cohort of its accelerator program and third-place initiative "AXSC" on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at SHIBUYA STARTUP OASIS. The program aims to equip participants with AI × 01 (zero-to-one) skills to become "build-capable solopreneurs."

The widespread adoption of generative AI has significantly lowered the barrier for individuals to turn ideas into tangible products. Globally, a new entrepreneurial model is emerging where individuals—not just corporate employees—leverage AI as a partner to conceptualize ventures, build MVPs, and deliver solutions directly to customers.

AXSC defines this new archetype of entrepreneur as the "build-capable solopreneur."

However, merely being able to "build with AI" is not enough to create a sustainable business. Entrepreneurs must also possess the ability to identify customer pain points, develop MVPs, learn from users, iterate continuously, and successfully bring products to market.

AXSC is a 150-day accelerator program that offers cross-disciplinary training in "AI × Business Development," "AI × MVP Development," and "AI × Marketing"—skills essential for this new era. At this Demo Day, the 3rd cohort will present the services and products they've built over the past six months, delivering pitches and live demos to investors, entrepreneurs, and corporate stakeholders.

The term 'solopreneur' refers to entrepreneurs who independently or in very small teams lead the entire process of ideation, validation, development, sales, and iteration of a business.

With the rise of generative AI, tasks that previously required teams or outsourcing—such as market research, customer analysis, MVP development, landing page creation, documentation, and user analytics—can now be efficiently handled by individuals.

In the United States, the number of independent workers has reached 72.9 million, with 5.6 million earning over $100,000 annually. Additionally, 74% of independent workers report using AI, and 61% say AI has helped them save time and increase output.

Furthermore, an analysis of over 160,000 product launches on Product Hunt shows a surge in entrepreneurial activity following the release of ChatGPT-3.5, largely driven by solo founders.

Thus, solopreneurs who use AI to deliver value to customers and advance their businesses are rapidly increasing.
