Support from outside the school, such as from local communities and industries, is necessary.

To realize this future vision, ax-factory Co., Ltd. will continue the following initiatives:
① We will increase the number of Career Education Coordinator colleagues
Career Education Coordinators (※1) are specialized personnel who support lesson planning that connects learning with society. Ax-factory Co., Ltd. has been offering training courses since 2011, having produced approximately 160 graduates. They are active in various regions, involved in lesson planning and regional collaboration, supporting career education. They are a very encouraging presence. To further increase their numbers, in FY2026, we will collaborate with multiple regions, primarily in the Tokyo metropolitan area, to offer training courses. Recruitment for participants will begin in early May.
