Penguins Chill the Summer in Shirahama! 'Wild Cool Adventure' to be Held this Midsummer

Shirahama is scorching in the summer! So why not create an 'Antarctic' within the park? Adventure World (Shirahama Town, Wakayama Prefecture) is launching its summer-limited event, 'Wild Cool Adventure,' starting July 18, 2026 (Sat), as the ultimate counter-measure against the intense heat. A 'Snow Castle' emitting cool air will appear in the Center Dome, where King Penguins will march with proud expressions, making guests forget it's midsummer. Additionally, at Big Ocean, a splash zone will be created where dynamic fountains and intense water sprays will soak the audience while interacting with dolphins.

It’s not just about 'staying cool and relaxing.' Experience the overwhelming vitality of animals and the liberating feeling of getting completely drenched. 'Serious water play,' which many modern people have forgotten, begins this summer at Adventure World.

■ 'Dolphin Splash!' Super Water Spray Frenzy in the Stadium!
Big Ocean transforms into a splash zone where getting soaked is inevitable! Enjoy water play with your whole body alongside the dolphins!

■ Drenched & Bubble-Filled Cool Splash!
A splash space arrives in the amusement area! Participate in the 'Splash Dance Time' for some wild water fun with 'drenched dancing.' Cool down your entire body with a curtain of water falling from the sky!
