A special stage has been confirmed for Fuji TV's new Monday 9 PM drama, **"Mackerel Cans, Going to Space,"** which premieres on April 13! This work is an original story based on the miracle true story of students at a fisheries high school in Fukui Prefecture who challenged the grand dream of "space food development" across generations, inspired by the book "Mackerel Cans, Going to Space" which gained significant attention after its publication in 2022. Frog" (Keroro Gunso) by Mine Yoshizaki, currently serialized in "Monthly Shonen Ace," depicts the interactions between the alien invader Keroro and his comrades and the humans they meet on Earth. With approachable characters—like Keroro, who is a complete klutz and ends up as a freeloader despite coming to invade—and non-stop gag and comedy developments, it has gained wide popularity among people of all ages and genders both in Japan and overseas.
