(Headquarters: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Hiroshi Ishiguro; hereinafter referred to as "AVITA") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Megazone Cloud (Headquarters: Seoul, South Korea; CEO: Doug Yeum; hereinafter referred to as "MZC"), one of Asia's largest cloud-managed service providers (MSP), to jointly develop a global business model utilizing Physical AI.

Background and Objectives of the Partnership The two companies recently held a signing ceremony at MZC's office in Seoul, South Korea, and its industry-academia research center in Gwacheon, attended by key stakeholders including Shogo Nishiguchi, AVITA's Vice President COO/CFO, and MZC's CEO Doug Yeum. This partnership will fuse AVITA's AI avatar technology with MZC's advanced cloud and AI infrastructure, promoting the joint development and deployment of "Physical AI" services that operate autonomously in real space across various industries.

About the Physical AI Services to be Developed AVITA's avatar customer service "AVACOM" and AI role-playing support service "Abatole" will be integrated with physical hardware in the real world (Physical AI). This will create a new model that goes beyond repeating pre-set actions. The AI will autonomously recognize and judge surrounding situations, enabling natural and advanced dialogue with customers while performing guidance and simple physical tasks. This will support business transformation in various industries, such as customer service and product delivery in retail stores, and physical tasks in factories.
