The two companies recently held an agreement signing ceremony attended by key personnel, including AVITA's Executive Vice President COO/CFO Shogo Nishiguchi and MZC's CEO Doug Yeum, at MZC's Seoul office and its Industry-Academia Research Center in Gwacheon, South Korea. Through this alliance, AVITA's AI avatar technology will be merged with MZC's advanced cloud and AI infrastructure to promote the joint development of 'Physical AI' services that operate autonomously in real spaces, as well as their deployment across diverse industries.
About the Physical AI Services to be Developed
AVITA's avatar customer service 'AVACOM' and AI role-playing support service 'Avatre' will be linked with physical hardware (Physical AI) in the real world. Rather than just repeating pre-set movements, the AI will autonomously recognize and judge its surroundings. Centered around natural and advanced dialogue with customers, we will build a new model that also performs guidance and simple physical tasks.
