This service resolves the burden on users who have to conduct face-to-face appraisals and price negotiations with multiple car buyers, while also addressing issues such as labor shortages and business trip costs for car buyers.

Background of Area Expansion: Simultaneously Solving Users' Psychological Burden and Car Buyers' Increased Costs

"It's troublesome to explain the same thing repeatedly," "I'm afraid of being undervalued." Traditional car buying required users to make individual appointments with multiple companies and negotiate prices face-to-face each time. This process not only imposed a time and mental burden on users but also made the lack of transparency in appraisal standards a major source of anxiety.

On the other hand, car buyers also face serious challenges. A single on-site appraisal, including travel, can take 2-3 hours and cost over 15,000 yen*. Until now, there was a structural problem where if a car buyer visited a site but failed to close a deal, all travel time and labor costs would be a loss.

"MOTA Car Buying Support" was initially launched in the Kanto area in December 2025, and after approximately four months of operation and verification, it has established a stable service provision record. Following this success, the service area has been expanded to major urban areas in Tokai and Kansai to enhance convenience for both users and car buyers.
