Kiminobu Nishio (Daini Tokyo Bar Association)

Graduated from Chuo University Faculty of Law, Department of Law, and completed graduate studies at Osaka City University Law School. Since joining Law Offices Aurora, he has been involved in venture law, and currently focuses on HRTech venture law, entertainment law for celebrities/influencers, and sports organization law. He is also actively involved in M&A support for companies seeking growth both in Japan and internationally, including listed companies.

Keisuke Yoshida (Daini Tokyo Bar Association)

Affiliated with the Daini Tokyo Bar Association. Graduated from Soka University Faculty of Law and completed graduate studies at Soka University Law School. He is involved in corporate law as a legal advisor for companies such as real estate firms and IT companies, and also handles various cases including general civil matters such as divorce and inheritance, as well as criminal defense. Furthermore, with his long-standing experience in soccer, having once aspired to be a professional player, he has a strong interest in sports law and is expanding his knowledge in this area by participating in the Sports Law Policy Research Group.

Kentaro Mori (Daini Tokyo Bar Association)

Affiliated with the Daini Tokyo Bar Association. Graduated from Chuo University Faculty of Law, Department of Law, and completed graduate studies at the University of Tokyo Law School. He is enthusiastic about various fields, primarily corporate law, startup support, and sports law. He also actively handles individual cases and prioritizes being a support for clients as a lawyer, striving to build trusting relationships through sincere communication.

Affiliated with the Tokyo Bar Association. Graduated from Chiba University Faculty of Law and Politics, Department of Law, and completed graduate studies at Sophia University Law School. He is actively engaged in real estate law, frequently receiving requests for seminars and lectures from domestic comprehensive developers, major securities firms, and real estate associations.

Hiromasa Takenouchi (Kanagawa Bar Association)

Affiliated with the Kanagawa Bar Association. Graduated from Meiji University Faculty of Law, Department of Law, and completed graduate studies at Keio University Law School (Doctor of Laws). In addition to handling many cases, particularly in the inheritance field, he is enthusiastic about various cases such as divorce and criminal matters. He excels at meticulously examining large volumes of documents and extracting key points that are important as evidence.

Kento Sakurai (Daini Tokyo Bar Association)
