Atsurae Co., Ltd. Integrates Business with Cryptolier Co., Ltd. through Organizational Restructuring within the JMAS Group

Atsurae Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "Atsurae") is pleased to announce that, as part of an organizational restructuring of its parent company, JMAS Systems Inc. (hereinafter "JMAS") Group, it will integrate its business with Cryptolier Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Cryptolier"), another company within the same group, effective April 1, 2026.
This integration will be carried out through an absorption-type merger, with Atsurae Co., Ltd. as the surviving company and Cryptolier Co., Ltd. as the absorbed company.

Through this integration, Atsurae's strengths in mobile app development and UI/UX design technical capabilities will be combined with Cryptolier's cultivated specialized knowledge in blockchain, NFT, and AI domains. This will enable us to build a system that can provide even stronger and more seamless support for corporate DX promotion, new business creation, and system development.

Background of Business Integration

In recent years, the importance of service development utilizing advanced technologies such as AI and blockchain has been increasing in corporate DX and new business development. On the other hand, in order to implement these technologies into actual business and society, there is a demand for a support system that combines both product development capabilities proficient in advanced technologies and a development structure that can consistently support from PoC (Proof of Concept) to full-scale deployment.

Atsurae has, until now, provided digital utilization support leveraging the JMAS Group's technological foundation through mobile app development, system development utilizing AI/IoT, and UI/UX consulting.

Cryptolier has supported companies in creating new businesses in the digital domain through the provision of its NFT marketing platform "MintMonster" and consulting services in the Web3 and generative AI fields.

Through this integration, the following will be unified:

• Expertise and product development capabilities in blockchain and AI

• Technical capabilities in mobile and web application development and UI/UX design

• A development system that can consistently support from PoC to production system development

• JMAS Group's IT solution provision platform

By integrating these, we will realize a system that can support our customers' digital utilization and new business creation in a wider range of ways.
