② Intern Clerk (September)
Dates: Monday, September 7, and Tuesday, September 8
Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day

[Program Content]

・Day 1
Experience preparation work and research for client meetings. Conduct case studies on quasi-appeals and workshops on communication with parties related to the suspect.

・Day 2
Conduct workshops on preparing and negotiating settlements in criminal cases. Also, experience creating specific documents for obtaining a non-prosecution decision (such as settlement agreements, written statements, and personal guarantor forms).
