The luxurious 'Father's Day Set' features the 'Early Summer Premium Five-Piece Sushi Platter'—featuring seasonal highlights such as shima aji (striped jack), Chiba-caught torigai (surf clam), fresh kuruma ebi (prawn), squid, and suzuki (sea bass) with kombu cure—paired with the award-winning, carefully crafted 'chawanmushi' (savory egg custard) that won the Japan Food Selection Grand Prix. This set is priced ¥165 lower than ordering the items separately.
