Atom Co., Ltd., part of the Colowide Group, is launching 'Sushi-Ya Unaju' at its kaiten-sushi brands 'Nigiri no Tokubei' and 'Kaisen Atom' in time for the 2026 summer Doyo no Ushi no Hi.
This year's selected ingredient is 'Enman', female eel from Mikawa Isshiki, known for its tenderness and rich flavor compared to male eel. A unique feature of the sushi restaurant approach is the use of seasoned sushi rice, allowing diners to enjoy the fatty eel in a refreshing way.
Dine-in service begins Wednesday, June 17, and takeout service starts Friday, July 3. Reservations for both open on June 17.
