"Striped Jack and Early Summer Delicacies Festival" - Top-tier Striped Jack, Raw Golden Conger, and More! Early Summer Fair Starts May 12th at Nigiri no Tokubei and Kaisen Atom!

Atom Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; President: Takeshi Ueda), part of the Colowide Group, will hold the "Striped Jack and Early Summer Delicacies Festival" for a limited time at all 'Nigiri no Tokubei' and 'Kaisen Atom' conveyor belt sushi restaurants nationwide, starting Tuesday, May 12, 2026.

This fair features a total of 20 recommended summer menu items! The highlight this time is "Striped Jack." "Striped Jack" is a popular item known as the pinnacle among horse mackerels. It offers a firm texture and a refined richness of fat. The more you chew, the more its sweetness spreads gently, filling your mouth with a pleasant aftertaste.

We have also prepared the rare "Golden Conger" that can be eaten raw, and the special "Chiba Tsurikinme," a splendid alfonsino certified as a Pride Fish, recommended by local fishermen with confidence.

Furthermore, don't miss our early summer limited side menus, such as "Shiroyaki Anago Ochazuke" (grilled conger eel over rice with tea) fragrant with black seaweed and sansho pepper, and "Karasumi Soba" (buckwheat noodles with cured mullet roe) lavishly using domestic karasumi, one of Japan's three great delicacies!
