Human Resocia Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Tetsuo Takahashi, hereinafter "the Company"), a comprehensive human resources service company, is pleased to announce that the cumulative number of participants in its generative AI training for corporations has surpassed 10,000 (Note 1).
While the adoption of generative AI is progressing, companies face challenges in integrating it into business processes and ensuring its continuous utilization and adoption at the operational level. With the belief that "education is key to utilizing digital tools," the Company has so far introduced RPA to approximately 1,000 companies by providing training tailored to corporate challenges and technical support from engineers. With the "AI Utilization Promotion Department," newly established in April 2026, serving as a hub, we will reflect on-site challenges identified in training into our support menus and expand our support domain to include the implementation and adoption of AI in business processes, adapting to changes in technology and the business environment.

Overview: Providing generative AI training for corporations tailored to each company's business challenges.
Our generative AI training for corporations incorporates exercises and workshops that consider the specific business challenges and anticipated use cases of each company, in addition to basic understanding. To date, we have designed and delivered content according to the stage of utilization, ranging from departmental training to hierarchical and company-wide training, and even for employees who play a central role in AI utilization. In some of the training sessions conducted, over 90% of respondents in post-training questionnaires replied that they "could envision using generative AI in their work" (Note 2), providing an opportunity to concretely grasp its practical application.
Through these initiatives, the cumulative number of participants in our generative AI training for corporations has exceeded 10,000.
Note 2: Percentage of respondents who answered "could envision using generative AI in their work" in a participant survey for some of the generative AI training for corporations conducted by the Company.
Establishment of the "AI Utilization Promotion Department" to reflect on-site challenges in training content and support menus.
In the early stages of our generative AI support service, starting in July 2023, the primary need was for training aimed at improving literacy, such as basic understanding, points to note during use, and prompt creation. In recent years, there has been growing interest in workshops aimed at integrating AI into business processes, collaboration with various business tools, and practical application of AI agents (Note 3).
To respond to these evolving needs, we established the "AI Utilization Promotion Department" in April of this year as a specialized organization to promote AI utilization within companies. This department will identify companies' AI utilization challenges and, in collaboration with various departments of our company, will be responsible for translating necessary support into concrete measures, including business visualization, business process improvement, implementation support by engineers, and training. We also plan to expand our generative AI utilization support services by collaborating with our staffing division to plan and develop human resources for generative AI training for dispatched staff (Note 4).
Note 3: AI agents are solutions that utilize generative AI to autonomously execute and automate tasks.
Note 4: Announced on 2026/06/02, "Commencing Practical Generative AI Training for Dispatched Staff: Supporting Skill Acquisition through Original, Practice-Oriented Training."

Comments from Junnosuke Murakami, General Manager of DX Sales Department, DX & AI Support Division, Human Resocia Co., Ltd.
Human Resocia
Through our experience in supporting RPA and DX/IT tool introductions, we believe it is important to design the entire process, from visualizing the target tasks to reviewing business processes and managing operations and adoption after implementation, as a unified whole. For generative AI as well, simply understanding its functions and operations is unlikely to lead to continuous business utilization. While individual and departmental trial use is progressing in Japanese companies, there are concerns that integration into departmental business processes has not progressed sufficiently (Note 5).
Going forward, in addition to improving literacy through training, we will advance initiatives for implementing and adopting AI in the field, such as redesigning business processes. Furthermore, we plan to expand our support domain for continuous AI utilization in business processes, with an eye toward deployment in "APA (Agentic Process Automation)," which integrates generative AI and AI agents into business processes.
We will realize a "new way of working" where "AI" and "humans" collaborate, allowing people to focus on creative tasks unique to humans, through our challenge of "Work Innovation," and contribute to the sustainable growth of companies and the resolution of labor issues.
