【背景】

At Home 作為不動產資訊入口網站，此次是首次在其不動產資訊網站及應用程式中設置從共享汽車站搜尋房產的導引線。
【服務概要】
＜「At Home 不動產資訊網站」＞
在首頁選擇物件種類後，將會顯示「搜尋共享汽車站周邊的房產」。接著，指定都道府縣及市町村後，地圖上將會顯示房產與共享汽車站的位置，使用者可以一邊視覺化確認一邊搜尋房產。
「At Home 不動產資訊網站」上的此功能目前適用於租賃住宅物件。未來預計將陸續支援出售物件。
＜不動產資訊應用程式「At Home」＞
在首頁選擇物件種類及都道府縣後，將會顯示「從共享汽車站搜尋」。在物件搜尋結果（地圖）中，地圖上將顯示房產與共享汽車站的位置。透過設定以所選共享汽車站為起點的「步行○分鐘範圍」等到達範圍，使用者可以一目了然地確認指定步行範圍內的房產。
不動產資訊應用程式「At Home」上的此功能同時適用於租賃住宅物件及出售物件（不包含新建公寓及預售公寓）。
