[At Home Survey] Rent Trends for Rental Condominiums and Apartments in Major Cities Nationwide (March 2026)

Regarding the rent trends of residential rental condominiums and apartments registered and published for consumers on the real estate information network of At Home Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ota-ku, Tokyo; President: Yasushi Tsurumori), At Home publishes this report after commissioning the research and analysis to At Home Lab Co., Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoshitaka Otake). ● Average advertised rents for both condominiums and apartments exceeded the same month of the previous year across all size categories in all 13 areas. This is the first time since the survey began in January 2015 that rents have exceeded the previous year's levels across all areas and all size categories. ● For condominiums, family-oriented sizes exceeded the same month of the previous year in all areas for 7 consecutive months. For single-oriented sizes, Tokyo's 23 wards renewed record highs since January 2015 for 22 consecutive months, and Osaka City for 20 consecutive months. Nagoya City hit record highs across all size categories for 3 consecutive months. ● For apartments, family-oriented sizes exceeded the same month of the previous year in all areas for 8 consecutive months. For single-oriented sizes, Tokyo's 23 wards renewed record highs since January 2015 for 11 consecutive months.
