Athome Adds 'Search by Car-Share Station' Feature to Real Estate Information Website and App

Athome Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ota-ku, Tokyo; President: Yasushi Tsurumori; hereinafter 'Athome'), a real estate information service provider, is pleased to announce the launch of 'Search by Car-Share Station' on the 'Athome' real estate information website and the 'Athome' real estate app. This is the first time a real estate information portal has introduced such a feature*. This update enables users to smoothly search for properties located near car-sharing stations, contributing to improved convenience for those who use car-sharing services in their daily lives.

[Background] In recent years, the number of people utilizing car-sharing services has been increasing, particularly among the younger generation in urban areas. 'Times Car,' operated by Times Mobility Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Norifumi Kawakami), has been working to expand its fleet and service areas and improve convenience since its launch in 2009, reaching approximately 3.74 million members by the end of February 2026. In response to this growing demand, we have provided a mechanism to support house hunting for those who intend to use car-sharing.

Notably, Athome is the first real estate information portal to implement a navigation path that allows users to search for properties from car-sharing stations on both a website and an app.

[Service Overview] < 'Athome' Real Estate Information Website > When you select a property type on the top page, 'Search for properties near car-sharing stations' will be displayed. Subsequently, when you specify a prefecture or municipality, the locations of properties and car-sharing stations will be displayed on a map, allowing you to search for properties while visually confirming their locations. This feature on the 'Athome' real estate information website is currently provided for rental residential properties, with support for properties for sale planned for the future.

< 'Athome' Real Estate Information App > When you select a property type and prefecture on the top page, 'Search by Car-Share Station' will be displayed. In the property search results (map view), the locations of properties and car-sharing stations are displayed on the map. By setting a reach area, such as 'within a ○-minute walk' from a selected car-sharing station, you can see properties within that walking distance at a glance. This feature on the 'Athome' real estate information app is provided for both rental residential properties and properties for sale (excluding new condominiums and existing condominiums).
