At Home Launches "Search by Car Sharing Station" on Real Estate Information Site and App

(Headquarters: Ota-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Yasushi Tsurumori; hereinafter referred to as "At Home"), a real estate information service company, is pleased to announce the launch of "Search by Car Sharing Station" on the "At Home Real Estate Information Site" and the real estate information app "At Home." This is a first for real estate information portals*. This new feature allows users to smoothly search for properties located near car sharing stations, thereby improving the convenience of home searching for those who use car sharing on a daily basis. *According to our own research targeting the top pages of major portal sites and apps (as of March 12, 2026)

【Background】 In recent years, the use of car sharing has been increasing, particularly among young people in urban areas. "Times Car," operated by Times Mobility Network Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Norifumi Kawakami), has been working to expand its fleet and service areas and improve convenience since its service began in 2009, reaching approximately 3.74 million members as of the end of February 2026. In response to this growing demand, we have developed a system to support home searches for individuals who plan to use car sharing. This is the first time At Home, as a real estate information portal, has implemented a feature on its real estate information site and app that allows users to search for properties from car sharing stations.

【Service Overview】 ＜"At Home Real Estate Information Site"＞ On the top page, after selecting the property type, "Search for properties around car sharing stations" will be displayed. Subsequently, by specifying the prefecture and municipality, properties and car sharing stations will be displayed on the map, allowing users to search for properties visually. This feature on the "At Home Real Estate Information Site" is currently available for rental residential properties. Properties for sale are planned to be supported sequentially in the future.

＜Real Estate Information App "At Home"＞ On the top page, after selecting the property type and prefecture, "Search by Car Sharing Station" will be displayed. On the property search results (map), properties and car sharing stations are displayed on the map. By setting a reachability range such as "within X minutes on foot" from the selected car sharing station, users can see properties within the specified walking distance at a glance. This feature in the real estate information app "At Home" is available for both rental residential properties and properties for sale (excluding new condominiums and detached houses for sale).
