(Headquarters: Ota-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Yasushi Tsurumori; hereinafter, At Home), a real estate information service provider, announces the launch of "Search from Car Share Station" on its "At Home Real Estate Information Website" and "At Home Real Estate Information App," a first for a real estate information portal*. This new feature allows users to smoothly search for properties near car share stations, contributing to improved convenience for those who regularly use car-sharing in their home search.

In recent years, the number of people utilizing car-sharing has increased, particularly among young people in urban areas. "Times Car," operated by Times Mobility Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Norifumi Kawakami), has expanded its fleet and service areas and improved convenience since its launch in 2009, reaching approximately 3.74 million members by the end of February 2026. In response to this growing demand, At Home has decided to provide a system that supports home searches for individuals who rely on car-sharing.

Furthermore, At Home is the first real estate information portal to provide a search path for properties from car share stations on its real estate information website and app.

When a property type is selected on the top page, "Search for properties around car share stations" will appear. Subsequently, by specifying a prefecture and city, properties and car share station locations will be displayed on a map, allowing users to visually confirm and search for properties.
This function on the "At Home Real Estate Information Website" is currently available for rental residential properties, with plans to gradually support sales properties in the future.

＜"At Home Real Estate Information App"＞

When a property type and prefecture are selected on the top page, "Search from Car Share Station" will appear. On the property search results map, properties and car share station locations will be displayed. By setting a "walkable radius" (e.g., "within X minutes walk") from a selected car share station, users can instantly view properties within the specified walking distance.
This function on the "At Home Real Estate Information App" is available for both rental residential properties and sales properties (excluding new condominiums and subdivided condominiums).
