ATC Joins as an Operational Supporter for the Osaka-Kansai Expo

### 1. Close-Proximity Hub

Asia and Pacific Trade Center (ATC) shares the objectives of the Osaka-Kansai Expo and has been providing multi-faceted support since the conclusion of the Dubai Expo in March 2022, leveraging its status as the 'closest' mixed-use facility to the Osaka-Kansai Expo. ATC utilizes its roundabout as a bus drop-off point to support the commutes of workers constructing the Grand Ring and pavilions. It has supported the office needs of over 30 companies involved in pavilion construction and operation. ATC's rental conference rooms have hosted numerous Expo-related interviews and training sessions, and ATC Hall has accepted events to build momentum for the Expo. Additionally, ATC has sponsored a portion of its 'ATC ExBox' co-working space to the Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition, creating a meeting space available to official domestic and international personnel, acting as a close-proximity hub for the Expo's success.

### 2. Background of the Sponsorship

With many official participating countries and business stakeholders gathering for the Osaka-Kansai Expo, there is a demand for efficient meeting environments. To meet this need, 'ATC ExBox,' the closest co-working space to the Osaka-Kansai Expo, was opened in November 2024. Furthermore, a meeting space exclusively for the Japan Association for the 2025 World Exposition was established within ATC ExBox to support the Association's Expo operations from before to throughout the event.
