Open to anyone with the intention to continue creating art, regardless of nationality or age.

■ Eligible Works
1. Two-dimensional works (figurative or abstract): Oil paintings, Japanese paintings, prints, watercolors, photographs, etc. (Mixed media is also acceptable). *Calligraphy, three-dimensional works, video, AI-generated works, and collaborative works are not accepted.
2. Works must be original creations by the applicant and must not have been previously exhibited in other public competitions.

General: 1 piece... 12,000 yen; 2 pieces... 20,000 yen; 3 pieces... 24,000 yen
Students (30 years old and under): 1 piece... 6,000 yen; 2 pieces... 10,000 yen; 3 pieces... 12,000 yen
