About Koshu Kafu Gururiko
Kafu is a craft sake made by fermenting rice, rice koji, and hops used in beer brewing. This time, Kafu uses Hop Gururiko, which was dried with food tech startup ASTRA FOOD PLAN's JOSEN, reusing a portion of the hops! The hops reused this time were utilized in Yo-Ho Brewing's popular Yona Yona Ale from Nagano Prefecture.
The taste is well-balanced between acidity and sweetness, a juicy type with light carbonation. The citrus aroma and bitterness derived from hops combine to create a drink that evokes grapefruit and lime.
Brand Introduction
Ine to Agave is a notable craft sake brewery founded in Oga City, Akita Prefecture in the autumn of 2021. About the Brewery Ine to Agave
Ine to Agave is a craft sake brewery founded in Oga City, Akita Prefecture, in the autumn of 2021. "Craft sake" is a new genre of alcoholic beverage that aims for new flavors by incorporating auxiliary ingredients based on traditional Japanese sake brewing techniques. We not only brew sake but also position sake as a "regional medium."
Through sake, we aim to attract interest in Oga, encourage people to visit and enjoy the area, and have promoted town planning centered on the brewery. Within a few years of its founding, we have opened restaurants, food processing plants, ramen shops, as well as hotels with saunas like "Hotel Kazemachi Minato" and "Hirune," the "Sanaekyo Distillery" which produces spirits, and "Seagull," a snack bar where people gather. We have promoted town planning starting with craft sake.
