▼ Overview
Many companies are pursuing partnerships, M&A, CVCs, etc., to "promote open innovation for further growth."
However, is the business they wish to achieve through open innovation truly attractive to potential partners? Is their own company suitable for realizing it? In many cases, sufficient evaluation and verification from a partner's perspective are not carried out.
In an uncertain world, a crucial point in engaging innovative companies and individuals is whether "the business emphasizes sustainable issues/empathy." In an era where both long-term economic value and social value are required, it is difficult to attract many companies based solely on short-term business scale or profitability.
Furthermore, it is necessary to evaluate whether the assets held by the company, especially intangible assets with high imitability difficulty, can demonstrate a competitive advantage.
In other words, "whether the business can formulate a sustainable co-creation strategy" is the most important point.
Based on this background, this webinar will discuss the following points with concrete examples:
* Setting challenges that form the core of co-creation strategies and extracting the company's competitive advantages for these challenges.
* Approaches to searching for co-creation partners based on these insights.
* Leveraging global intellectual information for lean or leveraged business launch & co-creation strategies.
This 60-minute session will provide hints for thinking about future open innovation strategies.
*This lecture will be a recorded distribution of a past webinar video.
