MORE STAR, "WITH KAWAII" Created Together with Fans at 1st One-Man Live; New Song "Summer Go!!" Selected as Title Track for First Single CD & Summer Fes '26 Dream Song

MORE STAR (Moastar), which debuted in December last year from the idol project KAWAII LAB., held "MORE STAR 1st One-Man Live 'MILKY STAR'" on July 7, 2026 (Tue.) at Toyosu PIT in Tokyo. They delivered a "WITH KAWAII" performance to the fans who filled the venue.

MORE STAR is an idol group consisting of nine members: Arari Kokona, Endo Marin, Sasahara Nanaka, Suzuki Karin, Takanashi Yuna, Nakayama Kohaku, Hagita Sora, Morita Ami, and Yamamoto Rushia. They debuted in December last year as the fifth group from KAWAII LAB. The group is composed of young members with an average age of 18. The group name embodies the hope that these immature and unfinished members will grow "MORE" and become "STAR" presences to be admired.

For this live performance, Suzuki Karin and Yamamoto Rushia were absent due to medical leave for health reasons. Additionally, Arari Kokona performed with limited direction and choreography due to a stress fracture. Nevertheless, to deliver an unprecedented performance to the fans gathered at the venue, the seven members performing this time supported each other, carried the feelings of the two absent members, and took to the stage.

As the melody of "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" played, in honor of Tanabata, stars suddenly began to shine on stage. As if invited by the melody and beautiful scenery, the members appeared with an energetic overture. Arari declared loudly, "Let's have the best time together with Moastar today!" and the live performance began with "WITH KAWAII Ron." This song embodies the group's concept of "WITH KAWAII (With You)" and is a song to find and create "KAWAII" together with fans. The "window wiping dance," which alternates between serious and smiling faces, has become a hot topic on TikTok. With this symbolic song for MORE STAR, they made a great start, and then further energized the venue with the popular song "Hug!"

During the MC, Hagita expressed her determination, "Today's performance will be with seven members, but we want to entertain the Wizmoa (fan nickname) with the power of nine people!" There was also a cute moment where she called out to the fans in the audience, "Say 'cute~!'" about the new costumes unveiled at this one-man live.

Maintaining such a joyful atmosphere, they performed the new song "Summer Go!!" for the first time, which was just released digitally on the day of the live performance. This new song is a "MORE STAR-esque" youthful summer tune that features a refreshing sound reminiscent of the excitement of the beginning of summer, the dazzling sun, and seaside scenery, with a catchy melody adding color. The performance, overflowing with sparkling energy, showed an excitement and brilliance that belied its first-time performance. Furthermore, they continued to perform popular songs like "Pita Pita Kyun" and "Ai Love You," raising the venue's heat to a "midsummer level."

In the middle of the show, the members and all the fans gathered in the venue celebrated Sasahara's birthday, which was on July 7, the day of the live performance. Loud cheers of "Congratulations!" and the light of yellow penlights, spreading across the audience seats in Sasahara's representative color, offered their blessings. As if to return the favor for the wonderful fan-produced event, MORE STAR performed the new song "KAKUMEI" for the first time. This song was written and composed by Ryoki Kanehara (Vo./Gt.) of the three-piece band YUTORI-SEDAI, and arranged by YUTORI-SEDAI. It features a catchy melody that is unforgettable once heard. Capturing the fans' hearts instantly, they then performed the new song "After All" for the first time. The venue erupted in cheers at the continuous surprise performances of new songs.

In the latter half, they performed "Ashita no Junbi ga Dekita Nara" and "Time Ride" in quick succession, and for the finale, they performed MORE STAR's debut song "Motto, Kiratto." Although they are still unfinished, they have continued to move forward with smiles on their faces despite facing various difficulties in the six months since their debut. The performance of "Motto, Kiratto," filled with their efforts and growth, undoubtedly touched the hearts of the fans.

During the encore, it was announced that the new song "Summer Go!!," performed for the first time today, would be the title track of their 1st single CD (double A-side). Furthermore, it was announced that the song has been selected as the "TV Asahi Roppongi Hills SUMMER FES" Summer Fes '26 Dream Song. Endo, shedding tears, expressed her gratitude to the fans, saying, "I'm happy to have gained another treasure." Takanashi also looked back on today's live performance, her voice choked with tears, saying, "It's wonderful that people who live different daily lives, whether it's school or work, can gather for this day. I think it's destiny, and I definitely don't want to forget it." Finally, Hagita spoke of their new goals, saying, "We MORE STAR still have many dreams we want to achieve, and there are so many sights we want to see with all of you Wizmoa here. So, we hope to continue moving forward one step at a time in our own way, and we want to be able to see that progress together with all of you Wizmoa here!"

On this special day of Tanabata, MORE STAR stood in the same space as their fans and delivered a sparkling time. Although they may shed tears at times, they have always continued to strive to give their fans the most enjoyable stage possible, never forgetting to smile. These brilliant days culminated in today's live performance, making it an unforgettable day for both the members and the fans. We cannot help but look forward to MORE STAR's future activities, as they will undoubtedly shine even brighter.
