CUTIE STREET Releases “Cute na Kyuutai -TVsize-” Ahead of Its CD Launch as Pokémon Anime Ending Theme

CUTIE STREET, an eight-member idol group gaining attention after receiving four nominations at MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN 2026, including Best Girls Idol Culture Song (Group/Solo), and confirming a two-day second-anniversary debut concert at Nippon Budokan in August, has released “Cute na Kyuutai -TVsize-” in advance on Friday, May 15. The song is taken from the double A-side third single CD “Cute na Kyuutai / Nice da ne,” scheduled for release on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, and serves as the ending theme for the TV anime Pokémon, airing Fridays at 6:55 p.m. on the TV Tokyo network. The track turns the excitement of adventuring around the world and the bonds with precious friends into a rhythmic, pop, and cute song. Its lyrics also reflect the worldview of the Pokémon anime. The song will be performed for the first time on Pokémon Music Festival, airing Friday, May 15 at 6:55 p.m. on the TV Tokyo network as a one-hour special, excluding some regions. A teaser video for the music video is also scheduled to be released on Saturday, May 16. The store-specific bonus designs for the third single CD have also been revealed. Customers who purchase the first limited edition at participating support shops will receive an A4 poster with a digital signature on a first-come, first-served basis. Purchasers of the CUTIE edition, STREET edition, Anipoke × Kyusuto edition, or regular edition will receive one randomly selected photo from five types. CUTIE STREET will hold its second-anniversary debut concert, “CUTIE STREET 2nd ANNIVERSARY LIVE 2026,” at Nippon Budokan in Tokyo on August 25 and 26, 2026. The group will also hold solo live shows at GLION ARENA KOBE in Hyogo on May 30 and 31, and at Ariake Arena in Tokyo on June 16 and 17.
