Taisuke Hattori, Deputy Manager of the SI Service 1 Department, SI Service Division at Asno System Co., Ltd. Hattori has participated in the city's initiatives from the position of Bibai City Regional Revitalization Entrepreneur (Side Business Type), and has been involved in promoting various projects in the IT field in collaboration with local stakeholders.

Recognizing these past efforts, he has been granted the opportunity to continue his activities as a side-business type regional revitalization entrepreneur in fiscal year 2026. Since participating in Bibai City's initiatives as a side-business type regional revitalization entrepreneur in fiscal year 2025, I have gained many learnings and insights through dialogue and practice with the local community.
