Hattori has participated in the city's initiatives from the position of Bibai City's Regional Revitalization Entrepreneur (Side Job Type), working with local stakeholders to promote various projects in the IT field.

Recognizing these past efforts, he has been selected to continue his activities as a side-job regional revitalization entrepreneur in fiscal year 2026. Moving forward, he will continue to contribute to sustainable regional revitalization with an emphasis on collaboration with the community.
