We are participating in April Dream, an initiative to share dreams on April 1st. This press release represents the dream of "ASDORY LLC."

Our "Dream": Education Should Be More Seamless and Considered on a Global Scale.

The dream we declare today, April 1st, is the realization of "a future where educational sites worldwide are seamlessly connected across borders, allowing everyone to directly experience the intrinsic value of each place."

Even at this very moment, wonderful educational practices are being implemented in every corner of the globe, with children's futures in mind. However, when countries or regions differ, opportunities to encounter precious wisdom and passion are fragmented, and the potential of education often remains confined to its own locality. We aim to break down physical distances and institutional barriers to create a state where educational sites worldwide can mingle more freely.

Japanese childcare workers can travel to educational sites in Northern Europe or Asia, and by experiencing the local philosophy firsthand, update their own educational perspectives. Conversely, children around the world can directly engage with the charm of Japanese early childhood education, resonating beyond language barriers. We will make such "real cross-border experiences" a natural option for everyone involved in education, not just special events.

"Access to the best learning and encounters, no matter where you are in the world." Designing such a global educational environment and creating a world where children's curiosity knows no boundaries is our earnest dream.

The Origin Lies in the Wish of a Parent

The origin of this dream stems from a strong desire I felt as a parent, while facing my own child.

"Just as education knows no borders, I want a world where children's curiosity also has no boundaries."

Watching children grow daily and show interest in various things, I strongly wished to provide a future where their pure curiosity is not hindered by their place of birth or institutional barriers.

In early childhood, directly interacting with someone from a different background and understanding the world through the five senses cultivates a rich sensibility that becomes a lifelong asset. However, in today's educational settings, many obstacles still exist in realizing such "real cross-border experiences."

"Then, let's break down those walls and create a system ourselves where anyone can connect freely."

As a female entrepreneur and a parent entrusting the future to the next generation, I founded ASDORY so that children can enjoy a wider world. We will implement the value of "experiential learning" born from direct human interaction into society through the power of business.

Why We Insist on "Experiencing with All Senses"

We believe there is an educational value in educational settings that can never be achieved through screens or data alone.

Moments when children of different nationalities, even without understanding each other's language, connect through play and daily life.

Experiences that shake one's educational philosophy by closely observing the gaze of local childcare workers and their way of interacting with children.

What exists there is not quantified information, but the palpable warmth generated through human connection.

The discoveries and stimuli gained through such real experiences nurture children's rich sensibilities and serve as a driving force for adults involved to reaffirm the joy of education.

Precisely because we live in a convenient online era, we want to prioritize the passion for learning that can only be obtained by visiting places in person and sharing the same space.

"Educational sites worldwide mingling and interacting directly on a daily basis."

We believe this simple cycle will enrich the lives of children, parents, and everyone involved in education.

Challenging to Give Form to Our Dream

Starting from our current business, we will serve as a bridge to overcome the physical walls of educational settings.

Edoory Kids Japan: Providing opportunities for children worldwide to experience Japanese early childhood education firsthand.

In addition, we will challenge ourselves by planning tours such as "Global Training for Childcare Workers" where Japanese childcare providers visit global sites to experience diverse wisdom firsthand, and by introducing wonderful schools worldwide to support school life experiences.

"Education Knows No Borders."

By directly connecting early childhood education sites worldwide, ASDORY will create a global learning environment where children's smiles abound and everyone involved feels happiness.
