Ascend Inc. to Exhibit at 'Kyushu-East Asia International Logistics Expo INNOVATION EXPO'

Ascend Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Mizuki Kusaka; hereinafter “the Company”), which supports logistics operations from frontline management to strategic planning and aims for the sustainable evolution of logistics as a social infrastructure, will exhibit at the 'Kyushu-East Asia International Logistics Expo INNOVATION EXPO' to be held at Marine Messe Fukuoka on June 24 (Wed) and 25 (Thu), 2026. Additionally, Representative Director Mizuki Kusaka will serve once again as an executive committee member for this exhibition.

At this exhibition, we will operate a booth where visitors can experience the latest features of our product 'Logix'. We will also host a seminar explaining practical key points and real-world responses regarding compliance with the revised Freight Trucking Act.

### 1. Exhibition Booth Featuring the Logistics DX System 'Logix'

The Kyushu-East Asia International Logistics Expo INNOVATION EXPO is Japan’s largest international logistics exhibition, jointly organized by seven logistics-specialized associations, and marks its first expansion into the Kyushu region.

At our booth, visitors can watch product demo videos and try actual operations. Our 'Logix' implementation support staff will be available to answer questions about operational challenges and propose solutions using 'Logix'.

### 2. Presentation Seminar

The revised Freight Trucking Act has partially come into effect from April, requiring transport operators, freight forwarding operators, shippers, and other logistics-related businesses to comply with new obligations and responsibilities. Many companies need to review their existing transactions and operations, making system preparation an urgent priority.

This seminar will summarize key revisions such as the mandatory creation of 'Operational Transport Management Records', suppression of multi-tier subcontracting structures, and penalties for illegal use of 'white trucks', and explain necessary practical responses in a 30-minute session.
