(2) Presentation seminar

The revised Road Transport Law by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism came into effect this month, requiring transportation operators, freight forwarding operators, and shippers involved in logistics to comply with new obligations and responsibilities. In many cases, a review of conventional transactions and operations is necessary, and urgent system development is required.

This seminar will organize the key points of the revision, such as "obligation to create a management ledger for actual transportation systems," "suppression of multi-tiered subcontracting structures," and "penalties for illegal white-truck operations," and explain practical measures that should be taken by the time of implementation.

About Logix

Logix is a cloud-based business management tool specializing in transportation operators, which digitally integrates cumbersome management operations from order reception to dispatch and invoice issuance. By performing operations using Logix, management figures (various indicators leading to improvement in revenue and expenditure such as cost, profit margin, and vehicle turnover rate) are naturally centrally managed, making it possible to visualize the figures necessary for revenue and expenditure improvement and freight rate negotiations without special effort. Logix simultaneously realizes operational efficiency and management DX for transportation operators.
