Asahi Kasei Homes and LIXIL Launch Aluminum Recycling Scheme for Residential Renovation

Asahi Kasei Homes, Asahi Kasei Reform, and LIXIL have jointly established a resource circulation scheme to recycle used aluminum from renovation sites into new window frames. Starting April 2026 in the Kanto region, the scheme uses Asahi Kasei's logistics network to transport scrap directly to LIXIL, bypassing traditional waste brokers. The material is reborn as 'PremiAL,' LIXIL's low-carbon aluminum brand, significantly reducing CO2 emissions.
