由株式會社朝日新聞社(代表取締役社長CEO:角田克)營運、鎖定50歲以上族群的媒體社群「朝日新聞Reライフプロジェクト」,針對「健康麻將」進行了意識與實態問卷調查。調查結果顯示,有61.8%的受訪者表示「知道」健康麻將,若加上「非常有興趣」與「有點興趣」的比例,高達78.3%的民眾表示高度關注。在這些感興趣的族群中,對於能運用腦力相關的項目期待尤其高,依序為判斷力、專注力與記憶力。然而,僅有11.4%的受訪者表示「實際參與過健康麻將」,而有37.6%的人表示「完全不知道規則」,顯示對規則的不熟悉是參與的一大障礙。
本次問卷調查於2025年9月至10月間,以Reライフプロジェクト的社群「讀者會議」成員為對象進行,共收到932份來自50至70多歲受訪者的回覆。調查旨在探討人生下半場能活出自我、享受生活的「Reライフ讀者會議成員」,對於健康麻將抱持著何種興趣與期待。
(1)「知道」健康麻將者佔61.8%、「有興趣」者佔78.3%
回答「知道」健康麻將的比例為61.8%。另一方面,也有38.2%的受訪者表示「不知道」,顯示健康麻將雖有一定程度的認知度,但仍有擴大普及的空間。在興趣方面,「非常有興趣」者佔30.9%,「有點興趣」者佔47.4%,合計78.3%的受訪者表達了興趣。

(2)興趣的背景是期待「判斷力、專注力、記憶力」的運用 社交互動的價值也浮現
對於健康麻將表示「非常有興趣」或「有點興趣」的受訪者共有730人。在期待的方面(可複選),「運用判斷力」(571人)、「運用專注力」(489人)、「運用記憶力」(476人)等項目名列前茅。此外,「有助於結交朋友」(394人)的選項也獲得許多勾選,顯示其作為拓展人際關係、與鄰居建立新連結的社交場合價值也逐漸浮現。
